Order Cancellation policy

We take pride in creating high-quality custom badges tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

• If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund.

• Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@exoticinnovations.net or 774-992-8612 with your order details & reason for canceling. 

2. Cancellation After 24 Hours

• If you request to cancel your order after 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

• This fee covers design, materials, and production costs that may have already been incurred.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

• To cancel your order, please email us at sales@exoticinnovations.net or 774-992-8612 with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• Refunds (minus applicable fees) will be processed within 7 business days.

 

Please note that once production has started, we may not be able to cancel your order. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out to our team.
