Shipping policy

Expected Shipping Time:

All orders of custom or personalized products will be shipped between the current lead time suggested on the respective product page. (example, Product A has a lead time of 1-3 weeks. That means the product wont ship until 1-3 weeks has passed) These lead times are because all of our products are made in house and are custom.

Transit Shipping Time:

The transit shipping time refers to the time it takes for the selected shipping carrier to deliver the order once the order is shipped. 

The most common shipping methods would be:

Free shipping (transit time 2-7 business days)

USPS First Class Package (2-7 Business days)

USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days)

UPS Ground (1-5 Business days)

UPS 3 Day Select (2-3 Business days)

UPS 2nd Day Air (1-2 Business days)

Shipping Insurance Policy 

All packages can be insured by the customer for a nominal fee that is selectable at checkout. If you do not choose to buy the optional insurance then if you order is damaged/lost/stolen there is no guarantee that you will receive a replacement or reimbursement for the damages.

Exotic Innovations LLC is not responsible for any damages to orders incurred by the shipping carriers. If you do not have the optional insurance on your order and damage occurs please visit the following links to the respective shipping providers website in order to submit your claim to receive a reimbursement.
