All orders of custom or personalized products will be shipped between the current lead time suggested on the respective product page. (example, Product A has a lead time of 1-3 weeks. That means the product wont ship until 1-3 weeks has passed) These lead times are because all of our products are made in house and are custom.
Transit Shipping Time:
The transit shipping time refers to the time it takes for the selected shipping carrier to deliver the order once the order is shipped.

Shipping Insurance Policy
All packages can be insured by the customer for a nominal fee that is selectable at checkout. If youdo notchoose to buy the optional insurance then if you order is damaged/lost/stolen there is no guarantee that you will receive a replacement or reimbursement for the damages.
