Product warranty
For all products we offer a 30 day warranty against any manufacturing defects.
You will be asked to provide pictures of the product(s) in question showing the defect(s), provide your order number & contact information.
If your product is found to have manufacturing defects then we will provide you a replacement of the product(s) with defects. We will provide you a return shipping label for the original product(s) to be sent back to us. Once received we will begin processing and manufacturing your replacement product(s). You will be notified when the replacement has been shipped to you.
This warranty does not include the following problems caused from improper installation or handling of the products.
- 3M adhesive not sticking/lifting from intended installation location.
- Scratches, staining, discoloration of any part of the badge that was not present upon receiving the order.
- Fitment/sizing issues due to the wrong product ordered for the intended location.
- Broken/cracked/split products installed on a vehicle or anything else.
