100% Vacuum Infused Carbon Fiber

Unlike cheap hydro-dipped or fake printed on plastic designs, our carbon fiber is made in our facility using a vacuum infusion process for superior strength and a flawless weave. Each piece is cured and finished with multiple coats of UV-resistant automotive clear coat to prevent yellowing & providing a strong scratch resistant finish.

Craftsmanship & Lead Times

We don't rush the process. Every badge is made to order. Each order undergoes a rigorous inspection for clarity, fit and finish before leaving our shop to ensure it meets our quality standards.

• Standard production lead time: 4 - 15 business days (dependent on order volume, inventory and color selection)

• Carbon Fiber lead time: 6 -18 business days (due to the nature of our in-house infusion and curing process).

Installation Guide

1. Preparation: Clean the mounting area of the thoroughly with rubbing alcohol to remove all contaminants.
   

2. Apply: Adhesion promoter if supplied to provide maximum bond strength

3. Secure: Peel the 3M tape backing and press firmly to the tailgate so the badge sits flush against the molded RAM grille for at least 60 seconds.

Frequently asked questions

What tools do you recommend for installing or removing my old badges?

You do not need specialized tools to install or remove but here are some basic tools we recommend. Plastic wedge, fishing line, heat gun or blow dryer, rubbing alcohol & microfiber towels.

Are the badges made for outdoor usage or will they fade?

All our badges are rated to be outside & installed on a vehicle year round. They resist UV light fading and are made to withstand all weather elements.

Tips on making sure the badges stick properly?

Make sure the area you want to install is completely clean from any dirt, grease, wax or coatings that prevent anything from sticking.

Also make sure to install the badges in ambient temps above 70 degrees Fahrenheit and allow them to set without water exposure for at least 24 hours. 

Will the paint color match my vehicle?

Yes! When selecting a paint matched color we use the OEM paint codes to make sure it matches the factory paint color.
